We encourage Emerging Small businesses to apply.
This program is delivered by Bricks Need Mortar and made possible with a grant from the Community Grants Program of Central Eastside Together.
Bricks Need Mortar will provide 6 months of technical assistance, learning sessions, and group coaching to 12 businesses within the Central Eastside Together ESD District Boundary. A link to a map of that boundary can be found here.
We provide an individual 1 on 1 consultation which helps identify opportunities for the business to increase revenue during this difficult time. Afterward, we offer twice monthly gatherings with a 6-month group coaching program. Through those sessions, we share strategic planning, best practices, and thought leadership to help business owners survive and best position for recovery.
Our Group Coaching program consists of an intimate, handpicked group of small business owners to tackle issues ranging from how to get new customers and keep great employees to how to best manage your cash flow and vendors and market strategically. It’s a support group, a group to bounce ideas off, a group to be accountable to, to set goals, and build trust with. It’s an opportunity to expand and deepen your network and ask others in your industry for referrals and recommendations. It’s a facilitated conversation and problem-solving session that works to return as much value as possible to each participant.
